Job Summary
Build and lead the Child and Family Team to support youth in staying at home, in school, and out of trouble. Coordinate team activities to achieve goals while providing direct support and education to families and team members. Guide families in accomplishing objectives outlined in the Family Plan using a strengths-based approach and ensure accurate documentation in the UNCG database. This full-time Monday-Friday position offers a flexible schedule primarily business hours, but does include 3-7pm to accommodate the family's schedules as needed. Service area covers Surry, Yadkin, and Elkin Counties.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related Human Services field
- Must meet the NC Qualified Professional requirements to include education and experience with the population served
- A valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
- A reliable vehicle for work-related travel
