Job Summary

Structure training timelines, agendas, and deliver sessions according to the schedule and methodology. Work closely with program teams, mentors, and stakeholders to enhance delivery and optimize outcomes. Track training impact, prepare reports, and improve future sessions based on insights. Ensure student attendance and active participation while counseling students and parents as needed. Guide students in refining business ideas, conducting market research, and structuring sustainable models aligned with social impact. Provide continuous post-training support to track business progress and offer strategic advice. Evaluate programs and materials, assess trainee performance, and maintain progress reports within internal MIS/LMS systems. Create testimonials and case studies of students. This role supports the NIIT Foundation's entrepreneurship training initiatives in South Delhi, focusing on developing resilient mindsets among youth and connecting them with the startup ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Sciences, Social Entrepreneurship, or Social Impact or working with Queer community
  • 7–10 years of experience in youth facilitation, mentoring and/or coaching startups, or working within an entrepreneurial ecosystem
  • Experience working with diverse, underserved, and marginalized communities
  • strong understanding of inclusive and gender-sensitive facilitation
  • Ability to incorporate experiential learning activities, live projects, and success case studies to enhance practical understanding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Understanding of sector-specific skills, including digital literacy, social entrepreneurship, and corporate training
  • Knowledge of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience working with diverse, underserved, and marginalized communities, along with a strong understanding of inclusive and gender-sensitive facilitation, is preferred
