Job Summary
Provide leadership and coordination to provide an aligned and articulated instructional program at the assigned campus. Monitor student performance and address individual student needs through data analysis, targeted interventions, and referrals for special programs. Facilitate effective systems on campus including but not limited to testing, master scheduling, and campus improvement. Plan and deliver staff development, develop instructional materials, oversee MTSS/data processes, coordinate LPAC/blue form meetings, coordinate testing programs, and collaborate with directors, coordinators, and campus principal to improve tier 1 instruction and student achievement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university
- Master’s degree preferred
- Valid Texas teaching certificate in a core content area
- Three years successful teaching experience
