Facilitator 2nd Shift

Facilitator 2nd Shift responsible for production-related manufacturing functions including dispatching, issuing repair routers, ensuring work scope compliance with customer requirements, maintaining primary responsibility for production control activities for product lines or projects, evaluating hardware for obvious scrap, using electronic tracking systems, ensuring continuous flow of materials, attending line-of-balance meetings, managing paperwork and parts for processing, coordinating with internal GE and external vendors, shipping/receiving, translating inventories into priority lists and schedules, instructing and training others, maintaining production boards, and complying with safety and quality procedures while handling weight and using shop math as needed. Proficiency in basic computers (e.g., Excel) and ability to work with defined procedures is required.
