Job Summary
Proactively guide membership accounts and curate world-class recommendations for ultra-high-net-worth clients across the Europe region. Anticipate needs before they are voiced and orchestrate handoffs across complex international itineraries while refining playbooks to maintain consistent concierge standards. Own the infrastructure supporting facilitation and concierge execution, collaborating closely with all departments to ensure seamless outcomes for high-stakes trips and missions. This on-site role in Amsterdam includes possible regional travel and requires strong organizational instincts, excellent judgment with sensitive information, and proficiency with tools like Asana, Airtable, and CRM platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in concierge, luxury hospitality, client success, travel operations, or facilitation
- Possess exceptional attention to detail
- Strong organizational instincts
- Builder mindset—designing workflows, templates, and concierge systems
- Communicate clearly and warmly, both in writing and verbally, with a strong service orientation
- Have excellent judgment and discretion with UHNW principals, preferences, and sensitive information
- Are comfortable working with data, tools, and technology (Asana, Airtable, CRM platforms, and related systems)
- This is an on-site role in Amsterdam
- Possible regional travel
