Job Summary
Maintain the property in top condition by handling daily facility tasks, repairs, and scheduled maintenance from door defects to workspace optimization. Signal and resolve technical issues, coordinate with external vendors, and manage inventory for cleaning supplies and office items. Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety throughout the premises while contributing to small renovation projects and workspace layouts. Work 38 hours per week with a salary range of €2670–€3382, including 182.4 vacation days, a variable bonus up to 2.2%, and a 15% staff discount at HEMA. Requires MBO level or equivalent practical experience with a preference for painting or plumbing skills.
