Direct and assist the manager in operationalizing team and material movement processes within the production environment to ensure supply and organizational efficiency. Support the manager in tracking collaborator performance, acting as a facilitator, trainer, and resource provider. Monitor material separation, movement, and payment, ensuring proper storage to preserve integrity and facilitate location. Maintain stock controls through accurate registration of entries and exits, and oversee physical inventory counts to reconcile with accounting records. Participate in alignment meetings regarding process, safety, and performance, while keeping work procedures updated according to company standards. Control stock levels, request material purchases for replenishment, and accompany company audits.
