Job Summary
Manage complete financial accounting including SWISS GAAP FER & OR and payroll, while overseeing controlling functions such as reporting, budgeting, forecasts, and liquidity analysis. Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders including auditors, banks, and tax advisors, and lead the development of internal finance processes. Handle tax matters for Swiss legal entities and international tax issues, maintain the internal control system, and provide IT support. Lead a small team with direct reporting to the CFO through interdisciplinary collaboration. Requires native German, strong English, and experience with SWISS GAAP FER or IFRS. Full-time role with flexible hours and remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- Fundierte kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Schweiz in den Bereichen Buchhaltung, Controlling und Lohnbuchhaltung in einer internationalen Unternehmung mit KMU-Flair
- Erste Führungserfahrung bzw. -qualitäten
- Deutsch als Muttersprache sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sehr gute Microsoft-Office Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel) und Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
- Erfahrung mit internationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards nach SWISS GAAP FER oder IFRS
- Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich der Revisionen
- Hohe IT-Affinität, Selbständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungsstarke Persönlichkeit mit Hands-On-Mentalität und offen für Neues
