Job Summary
Conduct practical trainings in switchgear personnel simulators and real-world environments for switchmen and train dispatchers. Deliver instructional courses for other railway operational staff at education centers in Hamburg and Hannover. Develop and continuously update seminar materials to support training content. Requires EIB-F qualification, five years of railway practice experience, and knowledge of at least two switchgear techniques. Full medical fitness required. Required Qualifications
- EiB-F bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation der ehemaligen DB/DR
- mindestens 5 Jahre Berufspraxis als Fahrdienstleiter
- fundierte Kenntnisse in mindestens 2 Stellwerkstechniken
- Fundierte Fach- und Regelwerkskenntnisse im Eisenbahnbetrieb
- gute Moderations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
- pädagogische Fähigkeiten
- ein sicheres Auftreten
- erste Erfahrungen in der Konzeptionierung und Durchführung von Seminaren
- Bereitschaft auch an anderen Einsatzorten tätig zu werden
- Bahnärztliche Tauglichkeit
