Job Summary
Conduct diagnostic assessments and case management for patients in outpatient day clinic settings, including individual and group therapy sessions. Lead therapy planning, documentation, and reporting while managing communication with family members, case managers, and external agencies. Participate regularly in internal supervision, intervision, and continuing education. This role requires a recognized Swiss psychotherapy qualification and strong clinical experience. The position offers a 5-day workweek without weekend or night shifts, plus attractive social benefits and a structured development path within an interdisciplinary team.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung in Psychotherapie mit in der Schweiz anerkannter Qualifikation
- Fundierte klinische Erfahrung, insbesondere in Einzel- und Gruppentherapie
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Niveau B2)
- Anerkanntes Diplom in Psychotherapie
- Anerkanntes Diplom in Psychologie
- Kopie kantonaler Berufsausübungsbewilligungen (falls vorhanden)
