Job Summary
Conduct heating, sanitary, climate, and ventilation planning for industrial and commercial building projects. Perform on-site inventory surveys, site visits, and construction meetings primarily within the region. Coordinate with clients, architects, and other trades while independently managing project execution across all HOAI performance phases. Design and calculate building technical systems and components in close collaboration with the Technical System Planner team. Apply relevant standards, VOB, and HOAI regulations to deliver efficient energy-saving plans for clients including Aldi and Evonik. Requires a degree or certified technician qualification, HOAI experience, and Class B driver's license.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom / Bachelor / Master)
- Fachbereich Haus- und Versorgungstechnik
- Qualifizierung zum Staatlich geprüften Techniker (m/w/d) Fachrichtung Haus- und Versorgungstechnik bzw. Lüftungstechnik
- Berufserfahrung in den HOAI-Leistungsphasen
- Erfahrung mit den einschlägigen Normen, VOB und HOAI
- Kommunikationskompetenz
- verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
- sicheren Umgang mit den MS-Office Anwendungen
- Fahrerlaubnis Klasse B
