Job Summary
Consult clients, architects, and building owners on fire protection topics across all HOAI/AHO performance phases. Evaluate regulatory and special construction projects for new builds and existing structures. Draft fire protection certificates and technical opinions while coordinating with authorities and stakeholders. Manage projects independently within the fire protection team. Requires a relevant degree, professional certification as a fire protection planner or expert, and experience in the field. Full-time role with occasional domestic travel; mobile work options available. Join a growing competency area serving internal and external customers across multiple German locations.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Architektur oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Brandschutz
- Zertifizierte Qualifikation als Fachplaner und/oder Sachverständiger (w/m/d) für vorbeugenden Brandschutz
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im gesamten Bundesgebiet
