Serve as the central legal contact for the water supply, advising the Director and departments on public and private law matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts; manage notarization and servitude procedures; and support internal teams with tenders and submissions. Analyze public consultations and political proposals at municipal, cantonal, and federal levels to formulate official positions for the utility. Integrate legal expertise into internal rule development and contribute strategically to city-wide projects or committees. Requires a university degree in law with several years of public administration experience, preferably with a lawyer's patent, and proficiency in both public and private law. Full-time position (80-100%) at Züriwasser, offering extensive autonomy within a collaborative environment.
