Support children and youth in school settings by assisting with learning behavior, providing psychological guidance, and fostering social interaction and communication. Collaborate closely with teachers to ensure individualized support for students facing challenges in learning, behavior, or daily routines. Work independently to organize and manage these one-on-one interventions directly in classrooms or school environments. This role is part of the HSH Netzwerk's intercultural child and youth care services, offering a safe, diverse workplace with regular supervision, team meetings, and continuous training opportunities.
