Job Summary
Manage the small-parts and spare parts warehouse, overseeing inventory control, receiving, and internal transfers. Execute warehousing and bookkeeping within the ERP system while ensuring proper storage conditions. Analyze warehouse capacity and stock levels, operate technical equipment, and handle procurement by sourcing quotes, comparing prices, and placing orders. Monitor delivery deadlines, select suppliers for indirect goods, and process returns or defective deliveries. Maintain document archives, conduct inventories, and manage master data for magazine goods and spare parts. Work part-time (20–30 hours) at Auria Solutions in Straubing, supporting the automotive industry's technical textile and acoustics solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Lagerlogistik
- Umfassende Kenntnisse in MS-Office-Anwendungen (insbesondere MS Excel)
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Supply-Chain-Management
- Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- sehr gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
