Job Summary
Lead and coordinate staff within the wood department, independently managing orders from start to finish. Oversee the fabrication, repair, and maintenance of wooden flooring for tent systems, as well as the construction of substructures for tent frameworks. Handle order picking, packaging, labeling, and the loading/unloading of elements for shipment. Requires a valid forklift license, multiple years of experience in carpentry or woodworking, and proficiency with common computer programs. Offers a secure position in a healthy, growing family company with flat hierarchies, individual training opportunities, and a monthly attendance bonus of 50.00 € after the probation period.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Holzbereich mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung z.B. als Zimmerer (m/w/d), Tischler (m/w/d), Holzmechaniker (m/w/d)
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Holzbereich
- Handwerkliches Geschick & Maschinenkenntnisse
- Staplerschein notwendig
- Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen EDV-Programmen
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Führungsqualitäten und Eigeninitiative
- Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise, Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
