Conduct on-site setup, operation, and teardown for festivals, outdoor events, and shows, managing technical implementation across audio, lighting, and video systems. Execute illumination projects during winter and oversee fixed installations at event locations in summer. Maintain equipment and ensure smooth production flow while collaborating within a growing team. This role offers a full-year perspective, including potential winter IT network projects with Swift Solutions GmbH.
