Job Summary
Provide daily nursing care and support for residents with complex disabilities in a self-determined living community. Plan and assist with individual daily needs, actively accompany residents in leisure and everyday activities, and facilitate their participation in social life. Manage communication, resolve conflicts, and conduct regular work with family members. Bring personal strengths and interests to the team while collaborating within a multiprofessional group. Schedule is flexible, ranging from 20 to 40 hours weekly, with shifts and weekend work available. The team offers high autonomy in planning and a strong focus on resident self-determination.
