Job Summary
Conduct safety consulting for management, leaders, and staff regarding occupational safety, accident prevention, and health protection. Perform hazard assessments and risk analyses within a meat-processing production environment. Develop preventive measures to avoid work accidents and similar incidents. Collaborate on designing safe and ergonomic workplaces in shift operations. Organize and execute training, briefings, and safety inspections. Analyze work accidents, derive preventive actions, and prepare corresponding reports. Support the implementation of legal regulations and internal standards for occupational safety, hygiene, and health protection. Work closely with the occupational physician, works council, and authorities. Requires EU citizenship or valid work permit; no relocation support provided. Located in Ansbach.
Required Qualifications
- EU-Staatsbürgerschaft und/oder eine gültige Arbeitserlaubnis
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (SiFa) gemäß §7 ASiG
- Fundierte Kenntnisse mit Arbeits- und Gesundheitsschutz sowie relevanter Vorschriften (ArbSchG, DGUV, BetrSichV etc.)
- Bereitschaft, sich auf die besonderen Anforderungen im Schichtbetrieb einzustellen
Desired Qualifications
- Idealerweise technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich Lebensmitteltechnik, Verfahrenstechnik oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung in einem produzierenden Unternehmen, vorzugsweise Lebensmittel- oder Fleischindustrie
- Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit, Engagement und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
