Conduct individual care and promotion of residents while creating and implementing care plans that foster social integration. Organize group and individual activities to strengthen community spirit, and plan leisure events in collaboration with the residential and nursing management. Support new residents during orientation and exchange with family members, volunteers, and external providers to ensure optimal care. Document care measures for quality assurance and collaborate closely with nursing staff and therapists to deliver holistic support. Requires a three-year social pedagogical or nursing qualification, preferably with ergotherapy or gerontopsychiatric experience.
