Fachkraft Arbeitssicherheit (m/w/d)

Conduct on-site safety inspections, monitor compliance with workplace safety regulations, and verify evacuation routes, fire equipment, and first aid stations. Support personnel locally as the primary contact for safety inquiries while advising employees on workstation setup and proper use of personal protective equipment. Perform workplace hazard analyses, including noise and lighting measurements, and assist in accident investigations. Create training slides documenting identified deficiencies and instruct employees on safety protocols. Requires a degree in engineering or equivalent qualification, certified safety specialist credentials, and strong German and English language skills. Full-time position with regular international travel.
