Conduct hay and straw production using round and square baler presses, manage solid and liquid substrate application, and perform maintenance tasks in the workshop. Oversee agricultural and pastureland operations while maintaining flexibility to assume leadership roles or handle dispatch and organization duties as needed. Requires a completed vocational training as an Agrarian Services Specialist, farmer, or agricultural machinery mechanic, along with Category T and B driving licenses. Located centrally between Braunschweig and Wolfsburg with access to a modern machine park.
