Job Summary
Support customers by guiding them through the effective use of in-house applications, ensuring smooth onboarding with new tools, and providing competent help via phone for challenges. Test applications before deployment to guarantee quality, while managing customer communication and documentation within the ticketing system. This role requires an Ausbildung as a Fachinformatiker or Wirtschaftsinformatiker, proficiency in Windows Server, AVD/VDI, Microsoft 365, and managed backups, along with strong German language skills. The position offers an attractive salary, 30 days of vacation, flexible mobile work, and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, Wirtschaftsinformatiker, IT-Systemkaufmann, IT-System-Management oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrung mit AVD / VDI
- Erfahrung mit Windows Server
- Erfahrung mit Netzwerktechnik / Infrastruktur
- Erfahrung mit Telefonanlagen / Cloud-Telefonie
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365
- Erfahrung mit Firewalls
- Erfahrung mit NAS
- Erfahrung mit Surveillance
- Erfahrung mit Managed-Backup (Cloud-Backupsysteme)
- Erfahrung mit Nextcloud
- erste Erfahrungen im Support (schriftlich, telefonisch oder per Fernwartung)
- versierter Umgang mit gängigen Windows und Apples Betriebssystemen
- Deutschkenntnisse mündlich und schriftlich auf sehr gutem Niveau
- strebsam, hoch konzentriert und organisiert
- in der Lage, in einem hochdynamischen Kontext effizient zu arbeiten
