Manage the continuous development of the IT infrastructure, including administration of virtual and physical server installations, hardware, and the VOIP telephone system. Lead IT projects within the digitalization framework while providing ongoing support to employees regarding IT inquiries. Handle correspondence with the management team on strategic IT direction and oversee the KIS system and Telematik infrastructure. Execute release, patch, change, and incident management for the Virtual Desktop System (Citrix) and maintain network and storage components. Requires a Fachinformatiker Systemintegration qualification with experience in MS operating systems, VMware, and networking.
