Provide 1st and 2nd level support via phone and on-site for small and medium-sized businesses in the Stuttgart region. Manage peripheral devices, configure and maintain virtualization solutions and firewalls, handle user administration, system configuration, and general maintenance. Perform diagnostics and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues while ensuring smooth helpdesk operations. The role requires a completed Fachinformatiker Systemintegration qualification, strong network configuration experience, and excellent German communication skills.
