Job Summary
Manage and develop managed service products while planning, setting up, and supporting complex IT infrastructures for business customers. Install and configure servers, networks, firewalls, and cloud solutions, then provide technical support, error analysis, and remediation both on-site and remotely. Advise clients on IT systems and their evolution, document all systems, and conduct customer training sessions. Requires strong MS Windows, Server, and Azure administration skills alongside Powershell and networking expertise. Full-time role with flexible hours and home office options available.
Required Qualifications

- gute Kenntnisse in MS Servertechnologien (Exchange, MS-SQL)
- Microsoft 365 / Azure Administration und Troubleshooting
- Microsoft Powershell

- Infrastruktur (LAN, WAN, SAN), IP Netze
- IT-Security (Firewall, Virenschutz, Intrusion-Detection, ...)
- Grundkenntnisse in der Administration von Linux Systemen
- Führerscheinklasse B
