Job Summary
Develop and optimize digital processes and automations using Make.com, Airtable, ClickUp, and HubSpot. Monitor and troubleshoot running workflows, while documenting, training, and handing over procedures to the team. Provide first-level technical support for internal IT inquiries and serve as the primary contact for digital process questions to leadership. Work independently to ensure scalable, future-proof digital infrastructure within a growing marketing agency focused on video and performance marketing.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare praktische Qualifikationen
- Erfahrung mit No-Code/Low-Code Tools (z. B. Make.com, Airtable, ClickUp)
- Technisches Verständnis & hohe Eigeninitiative
