Job Summary
Ensure continuous availability and stability for customer systems in small businesses and workshops by providing 1st and 2nd level support, analyzing incidents, and delivering sustainable solutions. Manage users remotely and on-site while utilizing RMM tools, ticketing systems, and monitoring for proactive operations. Drive IT evolution and process optimization through clear documentation of systems, changes, and resolutions. Maintain strict availability standards across diverse client environments with high autonomy from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Client Betriebssystemen (Windows)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Server Betriebssystemen
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in Systemintegration/Systemadministration/IT-Support
- Strukturierte, zuverlässige Arbeitsweise und Spaß daran, Anwender wirklich weiterzuhelfen
