Job Summary
Operate and evolve the entire E-Commerce and system landscape, managing OXID eShop, monitoring, and rapid incident resolution. Lead technical projects with external partners while building cross-departmental workflows using n8n and AI tools to automate processes across marketing, service, and logistics. Serve as the central technical contact for all teams, driving strategic growth initiatives and process optimization directly with the management. Split time between 60–70% planned operational and project work and 30–40% spontaneous support and incident handling.
Required Qualifications
- Starkes technisches Systemverständnis (E-Commerce Umgebung)
- Erfahrung mit Webtechnologien und digitalen Prozessen
- Hands-on-Erfahrung mit dem genannten Tech Stack
- Verständnis für Automatisierung und Prozessdenken
- Proaktiver Teamgeist
- Strukturierte, analytische und pragmatische Arbeitsweise
- Lösungsorientiert statt problemfokussiert
- Deutsch C2 & Englisch C1
- Fachinformatiker oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
- Quereinsteiger mit starker Praxis
- 60–70 % planbare Themen (Ops, Projekte, Automatisierung)
- 30–40 % spontane Themen (Störungen, Prioritäten, Support)
- Hybridlösung mit zwei Tagen pro Woche im Homeoffice
