Provide individual, resource-oriented, and goal-directed care and support for residents in a social psychiatric residential home. Maintain a largely normalized daily routine and foster a homelike environment while collaborating with a team of eight staff members. Participate in creating, conducting, and evaluating the pedagogical development process in cooperation with residents, manage medication distribution, and handle administrative tasks including progress documentation. Maintain contact with family members and internal and external interfaces, as well as work with physicians. The role requires an EFZ qualification in care or health with experience supporting individuals with cognitive, psychiatric, and psychosocial impairments.
