Serve as the primary contact for clients, providing expert advice on damage-related inquiries and developing tailored solutions throughout the claims process. Collaborate closely with customer managers to support complex accounts, prepare damage-relevant data for reviews, and contribute technical expertise to client meetings. Handle written and telephone communication with insurers and experts while maintaining records in the claims management system and actively participating in process optimization.
