Job Summary
Lead the technical and personnel management of the Maintenance Competence Center (MKZ), ensuring simulators are serviced reliably, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate personnel, material, and infrastructure resources through proactive planning to maintain seamless operations while continuously developing processes, work methods, and quality management systems. Act as the technical interface with Customer Service and internal departments to contribute to service development, creating technical concepts, quotes, and calculations. Foster sustainable knowledge growth within the MKZ, represent the department in the leadership team, and uphold safety and environmental compliance standards.
Required Qualifications
- Ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (TS/FH oder vergleichbar)
- mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Mechanik
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektronik
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektrik
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Pneumatik
- Kenntnisse in Instandhaltungsmethoden
- Kenntnisse in Fehleranalyse
- Kenntnisse in technischer Dokumentation
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- ein gutes betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- idealerweise Englisch- und Französischkenntnisse
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung in einer Instandhaltungs- oder Werkstattorganisation
- Kenntnisse im Supply-Chain-Umfeld
- Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office
- Der sichere Umgang mit SAP
- Erfahrung mit KI-Anwendungen
