Job Summary
Manage a client portfolio by preparing monthly financial statements and bookkeeping reports. Drive the development and automation of financial accounting processes while optimizing interfaces and implementing new digital solutions within the DATEV environment. Contribute to pilot projects in digital bookkeeping and assist the team in introducing new processes. Requires a completed vocational training as a tax assistant or digitalization specialist, with strong expertise in DATEV software and MS Office. Full-time role in Rostock with remote work options available for eligible candidates.
Required Qualifications
- abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Steuerfachangestellten (m/w/d) bzw. Weiterbildung zum Fibutroniker (m/w/d) oder Fachassistent (m/w/d) für Digitalisierung und IT-Prozesse
- erste Erfahrungen in Digitalisierungs- oder Automatisierungsprojekten im Bereich Finanzbuchhaltung
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von DATEV oder vergleichbarer Finanzbuchhaltungssoftware
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von MS-Office Paketen
