Lead the medical-therapeutic steering of the entire rehabilitation process, from structured admission interviews to final social medical assessments. Conduct diagnostics and therapy planning integrating psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and systemic aspects alongside somatic and social factors. Deliver disorder-specific psychotherapeutic interventions in individual and group settings, supplemented by psychoeducation, crisis intervention, and motivational work. Actively contribute your medical perspective to interdisciplinary case conferences and team meetings to co-design therapy processes. Work during regular daytime hours without night, weekend, or on-call duties, supported by extensive internal training and full coverage for external measures.
