Conduct medical leadership and case responsibility throughout the rehabilitation process, from admission to final social-medical assessment. Create individual treatment plans in coordination with psychologists, nurses, and therapists, addressing both psychiatric and somatic factors. Perform indication-specific individual and group therapies to promote disease acceptance, stress management, and psychosocial stabilization. Actively participate in interdisciplinary case conferences while managing digital documentation systems. Work exclusively weekdays without night, weekend, or call duties within a flexible timesheet model in a multiprofessional team with flat hierarchies.
