Conduct independent general practice duties within a specialized internal medicine environment, managing a long-term, holistic care model for an interstitial patient cohort. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, perform preventive screenings, and coordinate further specialist care when necessary. Collaborate closely with nephrology colleagues on complex internal or renal cases and contribute to the continuous development of outpatient service workflows at the medical practice center. Work within a structured, interdisciplinary team without on-call rotations or night shifts, ensuring predictable scheduling.
