Job Summary
Prepare substrates for natural, artificial, or synthetic turf; install drainage systems, piping, and retention structures; set curbing, ditches, and barriers around sports facilities; and operate heavy machinery including excavators, loaders, graders, and scrapers. Work on-site in Hermsdorf (Thüringen) preparing grounds for modern sports venues and high-quality outdoor landscapes. You will gain hands-on experience with modern equipment while collaborating in a team focused on precision and weather resilience. The company offers modern machinery, onboarding support, and a permanent contract with fair compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Ausbildung als Facharbeiter im Bereich Garten- und Landschaftsbau (GaLaBau), Tiefbau, Straßenbau oder eine vergleichbare handwerkliche Qualifikation
- Führerschein der Klasse B
- Zuverlässigkeit
- Wetterfestheit
- Teamfähigkeit
