Job Summary
Assemble and mount industrial fans and air handling components, perform alignment and functional testing, and execute quality checks based on technical drawings. Maintain existing equipment, diagnose faults, and repair defective parts while documenting results in the ERP system. Balance rotors and complete fans according to established plans. This role requires a completed metal trades apprenticeship and practical mechanical assembly experience. Full-time, 40-hour week with shift work available.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Metallbereich (z. B. Industriemechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbar)
- Erste praktische Erfahrung in der mechanischen Montage, vorzugsweise in der Ventilatorenfertigung
- Sicherer Umgang mit technischen Zeichnungen
- Kenntnisse relevanter Qualitätsvorschriften
- Selbstständige, sorgfältige und qualitätsbewusste Arbeitsweise
- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit
- Hohe Belastbarkeit
- Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
- Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche)
- Work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office (fully onsite)
