Ensure the day-to-day clinical operation of the Emergency Department delivers effective, safe, high-quality patient care for a 255-bed regional facility serving 100,000 residents. Manage change management initiatives to achieve ongoing improvement in service delivery, safety, and responsiveness. Support undergraduate and post-graduate medical education alongside nursing and allied health programs at the onsite University of Melbourne clinical school.
