Job Summary
Facebook Ads Specialist to join a remote, growth-focused marketing agency. Assist in ad development and campaign execution using Facebook Ads Manager, set up and manage campaigns with defined objectives, budgets, and schedules, plan and conduct A/B tests on visuals and copy, support client communications on performance and strategic insights, and collaborate with designers and copywriters to develop cohesive campaigns. Ensure timely scheduling and execution, contribute to ad-hoc tasks, and bring a data-driven, creative mindset with strong organizational skills and effective communication.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years experience or strong interest in digital marketing or paid social media (e.g., social media internships, coursework)
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager and an eagerness to learn about campaign structure, targeting, and optimization
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to adhere to timelines
- Creative mindset with the ability to think visually and collaborate effectively with design-focused colleagues
- Excellent communication skills—comfortable discussing campaign metrics and insights
- Data-driven and curious—interested in testing, analyzing results, and iterating towards improvement
