Job Summary
Represent nonprofit organizations by walking, standing, and talking face-to-face with community members about causes like child poverty, disaster relief, and education. Start conversations with strangers to advocate for vulnerable communities and build support for partner organizations. You'll spend most of your shift outdoors rather than behind a desk, bouncing back when conversations end and getting people excited about taking action. Tuesday–Saturday shifts run between 12:30 PM and 8:00 PM, with a requirement to work at least three full shifts weekly. You must be 18+, legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship, and reside in Virginia. Earn a guaranteed $20/hour base pay plus performance-based bonuses, with paid training and benefits for eligible full-time employees.
