Temporary Middle School advisor role supporting GEAR UP Fort Wayne: provide personalized college and career readiness counseling, plan and deliver workshops and group activities, collaborate with GEAR UP staff, guidance counselors, and community partners to align academic and career programs, coordinate college and career visits, monitor student performance, and develop annual action plans and graduation portfolios to support postsecondary success.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience providing college prep services/academic planning
- Strong office, computer, technology, and communication skills
- Knowledge of technical aspects and procedures in the field
- Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle
