Job Summary
Facade Engineering Leader to establish, grow, and lead RJC’s U.S. façade practice. Drive business plan, revenue growth, client development, and project delivery excellence; provide technical leadership across project lifecycles; build and mentor a high-performing U.S. team; represent the firm through thought leadership and client engagement; travel to meet client needs. Requires deep façade systems expertise, strong business acumen, PE licensure in the U.S., 15+ years of experience, and proven leadership in building client relationships and delivering profitable outcomes. Located to serve markets in California (LA or SF), Miami, or New York City with periodic travel; role reports to US Operations CEO in Las Vegas, NV.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Building Science, or related discipline
- Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in a U.S. jurisdiction required; ability to obtain licensure in additional states strongly preferred
- 15+ years of progressive experience in façade engineering, building enclosure consulting, or closely related field including senior leadership responsibility
- Track record of leading major façade or building enclosure projects across sectors (commercial, residential, mixed-use, institutional, hospitality, civic)
- Demonstrated success in winning work, developing client relationships, and leading teams to profitable outcomes
- Experience hiring, mentoring, and developing technical professionals in a consulting environment
- Working knowledge of analysis, modelling, and design tools used in façade and enclosure engineering
- Ability and willingness to travel within North America and collaborate with colleagues as required
