Fac Tech II

Perform routine maintenance procedures, troubleshoot equipment problems involving electrical, mechanical, plumbing, or HVAC failures, and execute preventative and corrective work orders. Maintain and service systems including ice makers, pneumatic tube carriers, HVAC, doors, and assist in boiler plant operation. Repair building finishes through drywall finishing, painting, staining, and wall covering application. Assist with staff training and orientation, make recommendations for process improvements, and participate in lean initiatives and assigned projects. Requires four years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.
