Job Summary
Grind, drill, and fabricate bridge girder parts including welding operations, assembly, and clean-up to meet production demands. Produce fillet and groove welds using SMAW, SAW, and FCAW processes while reading blueprints and installing high-strength bolts. Maintain a clean work environment, coordinate with supervisors to complete work orders efficiently, and perform miscellaneous tasks as assigned. Work indoors or outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, lifting, and moving heavy steel while adhering to strict safety protocols. Earn weekly pay, attend paid training, and receive attendance bonuses.
