Job Summary
Manage fabrication projects from blueprint to final product, ensuring components are built to specification and delivered on time. Operate CNC Press Brakes, CNC pipe and tubing benders, plasma cutters, and perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding with high precision. Conduct thorough inspections to verify work meets company standards and customer specifications while identifying process improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain a clean, safe workspace complying with OSHA standards. Complete fabrication projects accurately within allocated timeframes to support national defense objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of fabrication experience
- Specialization in CNC Press Brakes
- Specialization in CNC pipe and tubing benders
- Specialization in plasma cutting
- Specialization in welding
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to execute under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated team player
- Proactive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- Must be able to operate CNC Press Brakes
- Must be able to operate CNC pipe and tubing benders
- Must be able to operate plasma cutters
