Job Summary
Measure and mark drill spots, perform regular maintenance checks, and maintain documents while operating a drill press, frame drill, hand drill, band saw, 5-inch grinder, and plate roll. Read blueprints and tape measures, convert decimals, and learn overhead crane usage. Lift 75 lbs and stand for eight hours daily. Work flexible shifts including four 10-hour and five 8-hour rotations with flexible start times. This role supports SpecSys's manufacturing of large mobile equipment for fast-track projects, emphasizing safety, quality, and ISO-9001:2015 standards within a family-owned rural company.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to lift 75 lbs
