Job Summary
Review each product to determine required repairs and ensure proper tools and materials are available to meet insurance quality standards. Cut, trim, file, bend, or smooth parts as needed while adhering to assembly and safety standards to maintain a hazard-free warehouse environment. Work with team members to identify and develop improved repair methods. Ensure quality control standards are consistently met throughout all production duties.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent practical experience
- Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours
- Lift and move totes up to 50 pounds
- Regular bending, lifting, stretching, and reaching both below the waist and above the head
- Should be able to work in environments with variable noise levels, lighting conditions and temperature variation and able to access all areas of building without limitations
Desired Qualifications
- Hands on repair experience
- Hand on experience in these fields - Construction, Drywall, Painting, and Landscaping or a role where you had to pay close attention to quality and detail
- Strong focus on quality – deeply care about the product and your work
- High degree of professional credibility, including responsiveness, team focus, and interest and ability to perform work in a safe environment
