Job Summary
Fabricate directly from drawings and work instructions, set up and operate various metal fabrication machines to shape structural metal pipe and tube, and inspect parts for accuracy. Work from blueprints/drawings with supervision-free execution, maintain a clean and orderly work area, and contribute to a fast-paced team environment. Requires 2+ years of fabrication experience, ability to run multiple machines, knowledge of metal forming equipment, blueprint reading, attention to detail, and independent problem-solving, with a target hourly range of $22.00–$27.00 and a benefits package including healthcare, PTO, 401(k)/ESOP, and annual bonus potential.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in fabrication
- Experience running multiple machines
- High school diploma/GED preferred
- Knowledge of metal forming equipment and ability to adjust and solve problems as needed.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced team environment.
