Fabricator

Set up, adjust, and operate bending machines to fabricate metal structural tubes, rods, bars, angles, and pipes to specifications. Develop layouts from drawings or samples, select tools and fixtures, and check bent parts against tolerances using proper measurement equipment. Identify and remove non-conforming materials while completing required paperwork. Perform first article runs and communicate with other departments as necessary. Operate hoists, carts, and pallet jacks to move materials. This role requires a high school graduate with bending equipment knowledge and the ability to read blueprints and process sheets. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 lbs and standing or bending throughout the shift.
